Traditionally, Mardi Gras is French for “Fat Tuesday“, which refers to it being the last day of consuming rich, fatty foods, most notably red meat, in preparation for Lent. What that really means is, it’s a great day to order a pitcher and grab something delicious from Pizza da Michelino who will be popping up from 5:30 to 8:30!
