We’re stoked to be pouring up the 2023 Weeping Juan on Friday, August 25th at 5 pm. We’ll also have PB&Js and temporary face tattoos!

About Weeping Juan:

The party is back! Light and hazy pink in the glass, lush, sweet aromatic spices jump out upfront – vanilla, cinnamon, coconut – Mum’s fruit toast is where I always go with this wine and it’s here again. On the palate is juicy red fruit – fuji apple, watermelon crunch, and fresh strawberry sweetness. Juan is lively this year – serve ice cold and have your glass ready – but to my mind, this is the best interpretation of this wine we’ve made, an absolute beauty made for all-day and all-night crushing. 

Sourced from the Bassham Family Organic and Biodynamic vineyard in Barmera, each variety was picked and fermented separately – at the right sugar level, the parcels are blended and bottled, finishing ferment in the bottle to create the Petillant Naturel style sparkling.
