Aslin Beer Co. Takeover
12:00 PM - 10:00 PM | West Asheville, NC
Thursday, February 17, 2022
We’re stoked to be featuring Aslin Beer Company at The Whale.
Come out and join us for a hump day celebration of great beer with Aslin Beer Company. Aslin Beer is straight outta Alexandria, Virginia. The whole crew is coming down to see us & hang out in Asheville. They’re bringing a selection of draft options as well as package beer to-go.
About The Brewery:
Aslin Beer Co. was founded in 2015 by Andrew Kelley and Kai Leszkowicz.
The name, Aslin, comes from the family that connected owners Andrew and Kai through marriage. They each married a daughter from the Aslin Family. Andrew’s professional background was in finance and consulting. Kai worked in public service. They bonded over a shared interest in craft beer and home-brewing. This eventually lead to the idea that “We can do this too.”
Since the inception of Aslin Beer Company, they’ve aimed to create a culture that celebrates beer with a passion and depth of knowledge that’s contagious to others. Through their rapid growth, they have come to realize that their beer is not the only good they have the opportunity to cultivate. Their community is truly at the core of what they do.
Aslin Beer Co. thinks beer is fun and likes to experiment. But they’ve also got an intense dedication to brew and provide quality beer of every kind. From ales to sours, to those hefty DIPAs, they invite you to dive in, the lager’s fine.
Aslin Beer Co. is redefining American beer culture, reeducating our palates, and reviving our passion for really good beer, together.
Asheville, of course, has some fantastic local craft beers. We are excited to showcase something different. We love bringing in the best breweries from around the country – and around the globe. Aslin Beer Co. is another example of a brewery we can’t wait to introduce to you. Come on out and try something new.
