Join us on Friday, May 31st as we welcome Hudson Valley back to The Whale GVL. Hailing from Beacon, NY, Hudson Valley has been killing the craft beer scene for years and we couldn’t be more excited to snag some exclusive draft offerings from them. While Hudson Valley excels in all aspects of brewing, what they’re most known for are their incredible fruited Sour IPAs. We’ll have some limited Sour IPA kegs and cans available all day long. These beers will go fast so make sure you get here early to secure yours.

About Hudson Valley

At Hudson Valley Brewery, we like to think of our beer as the product of a wide variety of influences. Much like the ever-changing Hudson Valley, our beers are a blend of the traditional and the modern. We opened our brewery in Beacon, New York to the public in 2017. In 2023, we completed the renovations of our historic mill building, adding a spacious new tasting room and event space. As a farm brewery, we take pride in making Sour Farmhouse Ales using only New York State ingredients with a focus on local terroir. While our fruit-forward Sour IPAs evoke nostalgic memories, we also explore the world of lagers and hoppy beers with the same fervor and dedication.

We’re also stoked to have our homie Ryan from SOL GVL back in the house. He’ll be cooking up his insane Mexican fare starting at 5:00 PM. If you haven’t had Ryan’s food before then this is your chance.
