We’re kicking off the week right with an Unseen Creatures feature here at The Whale in West Asheville. Unseen Creatures is a super interesting brewing out of Miami, Florida. You’ve definitely seen their beers kicking it at The Whale but we’re super stoked to take some time to spotlight them. Mario from the brewery will be in the house so if you want to talk about how it’s made, come on down.

About Unseen Creatures:

Through the use of locally foraged yeast and bacteria (our unseen creatures), fruit, and other local ingredients they constantly strive to create beers that are inherently Miami – expressing terroir and telling the story of their environment and culture through time and place.  

You can expect refreshing, sessionable, and hop-forward beers. All have their place within their farmhouse-inspired philosophy.  At Unseen Creatures, they are less concerned with style guidelines and more concerned with brewing beers that push limits all while focusing on balance and drinkability.
