About Low Country Food Bank:

Every day, the Lowcountry Food Bank is leading the fight against hunger in our community. Their data and experience indicate that food insecurity remains a serious problem in coastal South Carolina, impacting nearly 10% of our neighbors.

Through partnerships with schools to feed children, prepare nutritious meals for seniors and veterans, empower parents to make healthy food choices, distribute fresh produce to our neighbors, and work with healthcare partners to address the link between health outcomes and food security, they work with the community to address the root causes of hunger and provide food for those who are food insecure.
