We are stoked to have Chef Nikko Cagalanan of Kultura and epic ramen pop-up HeartBreakerz in the house with a special menu here at The Whale.

About Chef Nikko Cagalanan:

Nikko Cagalanan of Charleston is Chopped’s most recent champion. Chef Nikko’s work is not new to recognition, as his dishes have been featured in Food & Wine, Saveur, and Charleston Magazine. The chef first moved to the United States from the Philippines in 2011, settling in Boston and relocating to Charleston in 2018.

About Kultura:

Serving elevated Filipino dishes carefully crafted by Chef Nikko Cagalanan & inspired by his Lola Mansueta. Guests enjoy a weekly menu highlighting local, fresh ingredients. Join them for dinner on Fridays & Saturdays in downtown Charleston, or catch a collaboration with us at home or out on the road cooking with friends.

HeartBreakerz is a fantastic new ramen pop-up in Charleston, SC. You can often find them popping up at CHS’s favorite spots with frequent collaborators at Kulture. They always put together a tasty menu.
